We reserve the right to temporarily withhold service from any person who is suspected of fraudulent use as shown by abnormal activities, until such time as legitimate use has been proven. Terms specific to InstantTalk: InstantTalk calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore it is suggested that you hang up after a short period if the destination phone is engaged or doesn't get picked up. Calls are charged at your service providers rates. Prices and availability may vary from other networks and it is the user’s responsibility to confirm those rates before use. Prices of calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.
Terms specific to CreditTalk: You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. Cost of calls to the 020 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles and premium rate numbers may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. A connection charge equal to the rate per minute for the relevant destination is charged on each call. If T-Mobile or Virgin customers top up via text message they can only use the service from that mobile phone. However, all other text message topups and all Paypal topups result in credit that may be used from any landline or mobile number unless another account is registered to that mobile number. Credit is non transferable and has a 1 year expiry. All credit expires after 90 days unless additional credit is purchased (to the same account) within this 90 day period. If you topup via text message at any point, then auto topup is switched on by default. This will topup your account when you run low on credit. To switch off auto topup text STOP to 80077 or 67400.
