Terms specific to InstantTalk

InstantTalk calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore it is suggested that you hang up after a short period if the destination phone is engaged or doesn't get picked up. Calls are charged at your service providers rates. Calls from mobiles and some networks may be higher. It is the user's responsibility to confirm those rates before use. Prices of calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated. Terms specific to CreditTalk

You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. Cost of calls to the 020 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles and premium rate numbers may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. A connection charge equal to double the rate per minute for the relevant destination (up to 30p maximum) is charged on each call. Topup by SMS costs £5 plus your network's standard SMS fee. All topups result in credit that may be used from any landline or mobile number unless another account is registered to that mobile number.
