July 2008 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Submit a review of more than 50 words (including the name of the handset) at DialToSave Mobile Phone Reviews between 29th June and 19th July 2008 and you will automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win £100 on 20th July 2008.

The winner will be notified by email on 21st July 2008. The winner has 7 days from notification to accept the prize. Payment will be made within 14 days of acceptance by the winner.

If a winner does not accept the prize within 7 days, another winner will be drawn and notified and this will be continued until the prize is accepted.

Payment will be made by BACS transfer to a UK bank account or by Paypal, so to be eligible entrants must either have a Paypal account or a UK Bank Account.

Only accepted reviews will count as entries into the free prize draw. To be accepted, reviews must be written by a person with knowledge of the phone, with no questions, and with no foul language. There is no rule as to whether the review should be positive or negative.

The full name and home town of the winner will be posted on the DialToSave website, and as such this is a condition of acceptance of the prize.
