What is good: Thin, lightweight. Good music player, you can customize button to directly access music player. Flight mode. Contact book sync to Outlook both using bluetooth or USB port. Standard USB so my Canon camera USB chord works fine. Call quality, signal strength, speaker phone good as expected. What was not expected was the built-in speaker sound quality considering the thinness of the phone. Internet functions not tested yet but seemed full featured. Includes yahoo go, opera browser.
Camera: I did not expect it to be like my Canon powershot A75 and it is not. It is very good when scene is evenly lit or not too contrasty like dark corridor with streak of bright light. Some time with good lighting situation you can get a nice holiday snapshot quite good for printing.

Bad: Battery. With a good music player, internet and a camera with it, you expect to use it more often but the battery does not last long. I can tolerate a little thicker phone for a larger battery.

Design: Good. I liked it.

Screen: Small but nice. If you need a bigger screen then you have to pay more to get 6500 classic.
