Do not buy fly mobile
Fly services made me not to believe on fancy advertisement of warranty from fly, after less than 6 months of using mobile, charging pad was not working. I took them to service center but first their pathetic attitude and then not to repair under warranty made things worse. Initially they said I have to pay Rs. 350 (even in warranty period) and said they will inform me about further status. After no reply after a week, I called again and they said that you have to pay around 3700/- for the repair, that is around 75% of the cost of mobile. Who will pay again Rs. 3700 for such bad quality mobile and fraud services? My mobile cost was Rs. 5119.00.
What is your credibility in warranty period if you are asking for 75% just for repair?

the fly sx200 is a cheap phone, offering all the latest gadgets that the more famous brands offer. with its smoked finished, its a very stylish phone for the current market. but, in holding, the phone feels flimsy and gives a sense of cheapness, which you find from such makers as alcatel and sagem. also, the fact that the network is only with virgin is somewhat disapointing, as its not the best signal in some areas. the sx200 features a 1.3 megapixel camera, although its not the best and feels more like a v-g-a camera. bluetooth, is good for small files, but were not talking swapping big music tracks, as the signal is not that good, and is very slow. the buttons dont feel right when you are pressing them and it goes off easily in your back pocket. although it does feature a fm radio, whats the point? you move around with it, and the signal frequently changes. also, people get very mistaken by the 512 mb internal memory, because its not, its 0.5mb internal memory. you really do need to spend £45 in total, to make this phone work, but then, you can buy a samsung j600 or e250, making a better deal.
but if you just want a stylish phone to make calls with, its an amazing deal.
