3G reception is very poor compared to other phones, and most of the time it limps along on GPRS. Using it as a tethered modem is extremely difficult as interface with Vista causes endless problems which O2 were unable to solve. Main criticism is poor 3G reception and forget trying to use it as a tethered modem, which other phones find easy.
