Very cool looking phone, had a pink one just before Christmas but battery would go flat after a couple of days swapped for a black one last Saturday 10th January off to swap it as still not holding charge. I Do not know if this is a common fault or my bad luck????

It is a really nice and light phone which has wonderful and simple features, however it is a quite complex as the settings are hard to change to my required

terrible phone cannot hear it even if it is on the loudest setting!!

The vodafone 527 telephone is lightweight is an excellent peice of kit which is let down by the lack of accessories. The manual gives the impression that such things as USB cables are available but trying to get one from a vodafone shop or their web site is impossible.
