The Sony Ericsson Z320i is a communication device with a simple look, but is embedded with substantial internal features. Its casing is available in crimson red and Atlantic blue colours for users to choose from. It measures 87 x 47 x 20 millimetres, which makes it a convenient handheld device. Users have criticised the Sony Ericsson Z320i for lack of advanced features, noting that the handset should have had its own built-in media player and Bluetooth wireless support. Others have also attested that the mobile phone tends to freeze when it is being used.
