I PURCHASED MY PHONE YESTERDAY .iHAVE FOUND IT QUITE EASY TO OPERATE AND IT WAS A GOOD REASONABLE PRICE I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A SAGEM PHONE BEFORE I AM SURE I WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH MY SAGEM MY501CPINK
