Bought this handset as it was described as robust. Three months on it is useless. It has admittedly been in my pocket on one occasion when it was raining but if that is too severe for the warranty to be valid I would not call it robust. When it works it is ok, if a little fiddley (when will nokia realise some of us have thumbs bigger than the end of a pencil) but please no more of this nonsense about this handset being "ideal for the outdoor user".
