i found this phone AWFUL! i have had it for nine months now and i have just bought a cheap replacement phone as i can't deal with it any more.
The phone itself is incredibly slow. i often have to press the select button 5 times before it selects it!! It also tends to have a mind of its own and start dialing numbers that i havent tou8ched.
Beware also, the music part of the phone is very good. However, one drop of the phone will crack the front touch screen and make the phone much less fun!

I just got a new Motorola V8 RAZR2 Espresso Black and would highly recommend it. Looks amazing and is lightweight and small enough to easily fir into a pocket. Has mainly been targeted as a music phone and these features are fab. The camera's pretty good but no auto-focus is a pain. Love it overall tho!
